Located in one of the most famous residences of Fréjus-Plage, this beautiful apartment offers a magnificent living space with its 55m2 for 5 people maximum and its large balcony overlooking the beautiful pine forest of the residence.
All the equipment is present in this accommodation to spend a comfortable holiday with large storage cupboards from the entrance. You will find: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, vitro hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toasters which equip the separate kitchen with direct access to the balcony, a privileged place for taking meals. A pantry houses the washing machine and other storage.
The large air-conditioned living room is equipped with a table and chairs, 2 sofas (to watch TV) including a BZ type which can sleep 2 people, and a fireside chair turns into a bed for a child.
The beautiful bedroom with storage offers a double bed 160*200cm. The renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The view of the gardens, the western exposure of the balcony are all assets to enjoy in peace the tranquility of the place and the sun that is offered to travelers in the afternoon.
Private parking in the basement and convenient to access is included with the rental.
The superb swimming pool of the residence open from June 1 to September 30 of the year with adapted dimensions of 13m by 13m is a most pleasant space, nestled in the gardens planted with palm trees.
The residence offers an ideal exposure and access to the beaches of Fréjus is possible on foot in a few minutes by a pedestrian, as well as restaurants, shops, Port Fréjus and the nature base……….and on the other side the Saint Raphael Valescure TGV station and the city center of Saint Raphael 1.3 km away is easily accessible in 20 minutes.
And always nearby: Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of the blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins islands off Cannes), the Estérel massif, the Verdon gorges, the lake of Saint Cassien and so many other places that Dominique and Laurent of A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.

Port Fréjus is a popular holiday destination as many beaches are accessible on foot and located in an ideal position between Saint-Tropez and Menton, which will allow you to discover Cannes, Nice and Monaco in particular without forgetting the Var hinterland with its charm.

Numerous golf courses are easily accessible, including the Valescure, Estérel and Académie golf courses located just a quarter of an hour by car, others are the Roquebrune golf course, the Saint Endréol estate in la Motte, Vidauban, Tourettes or Mandelieu to mention only those located half an hour by car.
Mountain bike lovers can take advantage of the magnificent trails offered by the Maures and Estérel massifs. Fréjus, which organises the Roc d'Azur, is the Mecca of this internationally renowned sport.
Cyclists can enjoy the roads of the Var hinterland but also the famous golden and azure cornices with exceptional and unique views of the big blue.
Hikes on the Estérel massifs will also offer sublime views of the Côte d'Azur and for some up to the Bay of Angels (Nice) and different colours in each season. Even in winter, and particularly in February, you can admire the mimosas blooming with their yellow pompoms in entire flower beds.
