This is a wonderful accommodation for a great vacation.You know the type of cozy accommodation where you immediately feel good, especially after a few hours of travel in the heat and which lets out a WOW!!! in view of its beautiful services and its freshness allowed by the air conditioning.Indeed, you realize as soon as you enter that the accommodation has been refurbished and that everything is there or almost: the cellar with the washing machine and other small household equipment and large storage spaces (always very practical when returning from the beach), to the open kitchen with dishwasher, vitro hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and its quality furniture…..Moving forward in the accommodation, the living area is warm and comfortable with TV and wifi opening onto a balcony with sea view and with magnificent table and chairs for taking meals in superb conditions.The trundle bed type sofa can accommodate 2 people, 2 beds of 80 cm that can form a bed of 160 cm.The balcony also provides access to the bedroom, which is also tastefully decorated and offers a 140cm double bed and large storage possibilities….. in other words, the owners have done everything with pleasure and it shows, pleasure that they intend to share with their travellers.The car will be placed in a private location, access to which is secured by a gate, and it risks being on vacation itself since at Fréjus Plage, everything can be done on foot.The beach is only about twenty meters away, you just have to leave the residence and cross the street to be there, a beautiful fine sandy beach with a shower to rinse off, always very pleasant to remove salt and sand. on the skin.Several restaurants are also present at the foot of the residence and many others are easily accessible both on the seafront of Fréjus Plage and on the port of Fréjus.The night market between July 1 and August 31, the various and varied events, the fireworks displayed on numerous occasions during the summer period are also very easily accessible.Only the luna-park at Aqualand will require the car about 3 kilometers away from your resort location.But this little corner of paradise is also offered to you throughout the year and is accessible by train, the residence being located about twenty minutes from the TGV station of Saint-Raphael Valescure.And then nearby: Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of the blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins Islands off Cannes), the Gorges de Verdon, the Saint Cassien lake and so many other places that Dominique and Laurent from A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.Bed and bathroom linen are included.Kit included: bath mat, tea towel, dishcloth and household products (dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and dishwasher, floor product)The cleaning service is not included, it must be reserved if desired.Cancellation insurance included.

This is an accommodation to spend a wonderful holiday by the sea and in the front row when the fireworks go off in July and August of the year.
Ideal for a family stay, it will allow a couple and their 2 children to enjoy the beach and all the activities and infrastructures offered by Fréjus Plage, Port Fréjus and their very close neighbor Saint-Raphaël

The car will be placed in a closed box with standard dimensions that can accommodate the owner's car, a 3008 4.45m long, access to which is secured by a gate and a garage door, but the car risks being damaged. even on vacation since at Fréjus Plage, everything can be done on foot.
