You know the accommodation that, as soon as you open the door, allows you to express your emotions, and this makes you happy, the whole team loves it.The Cap Hermès residence in Port Fréjus is a well-known and sought-after residence on the French Riviera, ideally located between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, cities with international renown.Moreover, it is easily accessible by TGV as it is located only 2.7 km from the Saint-Raphaël Valescure TGV station, about a forty-minute walk and less than 5 minutes by taxi.In addition to this exceptional geographical location, it is bathed in sunshine 300 days a year, allowing for very pleasant stays throughout the year with direct access to the beaches and its magnificent 20*7m swimming pool open from April 10 to the end of October.The developed beaches of Port Fréjus and the nearby nature base are all accessible on foot.It also offers many advantages that few sites can offer:-it can be your accommodation if you are staying at the Thalasso & Spa centre which is at the bottom of the residence to allow you moments of relaxation, well-being and to regain your energy in a recently renovated establishment. (You will be able to enjoy for a few hours, a weekend or a week the benefits of seawater treatments, namely relaxation, joint flexibility and tissue oxygenation ... but also the elimination of toxins, cellulite and the lightening of heavy legs).-it then allows for diving, boating and other water sports enthusiasts to be on the Caravello quay with all these activities in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.-it also allows you to be the starting point for many activities for sports enthusiasts:Many golf courses are easily accessible, including the Valescure, Estérel and Académie golf courses, located about a quarter of an hour's drive away, the others being the Roquebrune, Domaine de Saint Endréol à la Motte, Vidauban, Tourettes or Mandelieu golf courses, to name but a few, located within half an hour's drive.Mountain bikers will enjoy the magnificent trails offered in the Maures and Estérel massifs, Fréjus, which organises the Roc d'Azur, is a major centre for this sport with an international reputation.Cyclists will enjoy the roads of the Var hinterland but also the famous Corniche d'Or and Corniche d'Azur with exceptional and unique views of the 'big blue'.Hikes in the Estérel massifs will also offer sublime views of the French Riviera and for some as far as the Baie des Anges (Nice) and different colours in each season. The beautiful living room with open and equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for 2 people, table and chairs for meals, overlooking the large bay window, in short, a feeling of beautiful space.The accommodation has storage space.The furniture is modern and of good quality.The air conditioning system allows the air to be cooled in summer and heated in winter.Located on the first floor, it is accessible by lift, like its basement car park. Located in one of the most famous residences of Fréjus-Plage, this beautiful apartment offers a magnificent living space with its 55m2 for 5 people maximum and its large balcony overlooking the beautiful pine forest of the residence.
All the equipment is present in this accommodation to spend a comfortable holiday with large storage cupboards from the entrance. You will find: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, vitro hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toasters which equip the separate kitchen with direct access to the balcony, a privileged place for taking meals. A pantry houses the washing machine and other storage.
The large air-conditioned living room is equipped with a table and chairs, 2 sofas (to watch TV) including a BZ type which can sleep 2 people, and a fireside chair turns into a bed for a child.
The beautiful bedroom with storage offers a double bed 160*200cm. The renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The view of the gardens, the western exposure of the balcony are all assets to enjoy in peace the tranquility of the place and the sun that is offered to travelers in the afternoon.
Private parking in the basement and convenient to access is included with the rental.
The superb swimming pool of the residence open from June 1 to September 30 of the year with adapted dimensions of 13m by 13m is a most pleasant space, nestled in the gardens planted with palm trees.
The residence offers an ideal exposure and access to the beaches of Fréjus is possible on foot in a few minutes by a pedestrian, as well as restaurants, shops, Port Fréjus and the nature base……….and on the other side the Saint Raphael Valescure TGV station and the city center of Saint Raphael 1.3 km away is easily accessible in 20 minutes.
And always nearby: Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of the blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins islands off Cannes), the Estérel massif, the Verdon gorges, the lake of Saint Cassien and so many other places that Dominique and Laurent of A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.

The LE NADIR residence, in the heart of Port Fréjus, was designed by its architect to remind you that the world of sailing boats and boats is nearby as the docks are just a few metres away.
Perfectly designed for short or medium-term stays, as soon as you enter you will be struck by the brightness offered by the windows and portholes in the living room.
