Ideal for a family of 4 people of 2 adults and 2 children (but four adults can stay there with a certain organization), this 36m2 accommodation is located in one of the most popular residences in Fréjus Plage with swimming pool and with the beaches that are are available to you within 200 m on foot at the level of the sailing school for those who know the area.
Thus, the seafront accessible less than 5 minutes walk will allow you as many walks to Saint-Raphael (near the René COTY promenade, its town center or these beaches) as towards the nature base in passing through Port-Fréjus and practicing nautical activities or diving.
You can also take advantage of the night market which takes place every evening in July and August, eat in one of the many restaurants, enjoy an artisanal ice cream (parents enjoy it even more than children 😊), attend one of the many fireworks organized by the municipalities of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël, in other words, with this pied-à-terre the holidays will be successful.
And with its beautiful swimming pool, this residence is a real success, some holidaymakers having their habits for some for ages and nothing would change them!!!

Admittedly, this accommodation is not air-conditioned but its exposure on the 6th floor and near the sea allows it to benefit most of the time from the breeze and drafts very appreciated during the hottest summer evenings.
The accommodation is composed of a separate kitchen and has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and toaster…….
The living room has a sofa bed, a flat screen TV, a coffee table and a window, the bedroom area has a 160 bed with a closet allowing plenty of storage.
The balcony has a table, 4 chairs allowing the possibility of taking meals and 2 deck chairs for sunbathing or for moments of relaxation.
In a few minutes by car, you will find so many other possibilities to spend unforgettable moments with your family: the Dramont district, the golden island, the landing beach and the bay of Agay with so many coves to visit to the east, Saint-Aygulf, Les Issambres, Sainte Maxime to the west…
Other ideas for outings: In Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of the blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins islands off Cannes), the Estérel massif, the Verdon gorges, the Lac de Saint Cassien and so many other places that A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.

As soon as you arrive, you will benefit from the convenience offered by the parking located opposite the entrance to the building.
Access to the elevator is easy and without steps allowing suitcases to be rolled.
Arrival in the accommodation will be delightful: bathed in light, the living room opens on your right to the balcony which allows you to admire the swimming pool with its beautiful dimensions of 13m by 13m and the view of the gardens of the residence
The living room is large enough to offer a dining area and the magnificent convertible sofa will allow you to relax in front of the TV if you have time!
A fiber box is offered to you, allowing quality and very fast navigation.
The kitchen was completely renovated in spring 2023: it is perfectly equipped: a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, an oven, a microwave, electric hobs, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and also small household appliances offering the possibility of making small dishes easily and thus delighting the family.
As for the bedroom, it is also very tasteful and is also bright, large with 2 very high quality 90cm single beds which can be combined into a king size bed and with storage chests.
The bathroom with walk-in shower has been renovated in recent weeks.
The toilet is separate and has itself been renovated in recent days.
The residence's swimming pool, access to which is monitored in high season, is open throughout the day, compliance with the usual regulations being requested.
In terms of positioning, this apartment only offers advantages: the shops, beaches, centers of interest of Fréjus Plage and Port Fréjus are a few minutes' walk away...the Saint Raphael Valescure TGV station, 1.3 km away, is accessible in 20 minutes easily while walking.
