Welcome to our charming little 46 m² house in Fréjus, ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or with friends for up to 4 people. Located in direct proximity to the beaches, in a calm and pleasant environment, it offers a perfect setting to fully enjoy the French Riviera between relaxation, beach and discoveries.
You will appreciate its cosy atmosphere, as well as its pleasant private garden, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning, a lunch in the sun or a barbecue evening after the beach. From the house, everything can be easily done on foot: the sandy beach of Libération and the restaurants of Fréjus Plage are only a few minutes away.

Ideal for a family with a capacity of 6 people, this 100m2 semi-detached house offers undeniable advantages for a stay in Fréjus.
First of all, it is located just 2 km from the beaches, the seafront of Fréjus Plage and a few hundred meters more from Saint Raphael on the one hand and Port Fréjus on the other.
Suffice to say that access to the sea will only take a few minutes by car, but also for those who wish to take advantage of their bikes, the cycle path which leads to the beach of the nature base passes near the house.
This house in a quiet subdivision has just been tastefully renovated by its owners.
From the entrance with immediately to the right a toilet and a shower, the living room (large screen TV and fiber box) is available to you with the dining room and access to the beautiful terrace and the garden.
On the right is the perfectly equipped kitchen and also with access to the terrace which will allow you with its large parasol to be able to take meals outside, spend beautiful moments of conviviality and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings .
The ground floor is air-conditioned.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms as beautiful as each other with 3 beds 160 by 200. The air conditioning is located in the corridor between the bedrooms and cools the whole.
A magnificent bathroom is also located upstairs in the gourmet chocolate color 😉.
The set has plenty of storage space allowing everyone to take possession of the premises for the duration of their stay.
A covered parking space is included with the rental, the second is located in front of the garage in front of the house.
And Fréjus is so much to discover in summer but also from spring until autumn. In July and August, the night market is daily on the seafront, numerous activities, restaurants, bars and other roof tops await you for magical evenings!!
Fréjus is also Aqualand, Luna Park, kart tracks and so many other activities all nearby.
It is therefore the real holidays that are on the program, those where you put down your suitcases to enjoy!!
Nearby: Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of the blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins Islands off Cannes), the Estérel massif, the Verdon gorges, the lake of Saint Cassien and so many other places that Dominique and Laurent from A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.
