Here is an apartment that has only advantages, a favorite of the agency. This 30 m2 cabin studio is completely renovated and equipped with great taste in the spring of 2023. It is therefore new accommodation that is offered to you. It is air-conditioned, its balcony faces west.
It has the following equipment: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc... everything is new as the furniture its good quality convertible sofa, 2 bunk beds 90 cm wide and other tables, chairs in sufficient number.
You can have an aperitif and eat on the balcony which overlooks the greenery of the residence's gardens.
You will use the closed box to park your car (a little narrow box), located in the basement of the condominium. ,
The beaches are less than 5 minutes away on foot, as is the nature base allowing as many sports activities and family relaxation (skate park, track for rollerblading and other walks, etc.). On the other side of the residence and still very close, the quays of Port-Fréjus are available to you as well as the many nautical activities: diving, parasailing, boat rental and others….
This is the nice program that this accommodation offers you with the possibility of enjoying the warm lively evenings with the night market, the fireworks, the luna park and so many other activities for young and old, the many restaurants , lounge bars, rooftops for so many moments of sharing, happiness and conviviality.
Nearby: Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of the blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins Islands off Cannes), the Estérel massif, the Verdon gorges, the lake of Saint Cassien and so many other places that A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.
