Description
Ideal for a family of 4 people of 2 adults and 2 children (but four adults can stay there without difficulty), this accommodation of more than 50 m2 is located in one of the most popular residences in Fréjus Plage with swimming pool and with the beaches that are available to you within 400 m on foot at the level of the sailing school for those who know the area.
The swimming pool is open from May 15 to September 30 for this year 2023;
Thus, the seafront accessible less than 5 minutes walk will allow you as many walks to Saint-Raphael (near the René COTY promenade, its town center or these beaches) as to the nature base in passing through Port-Fréjus and practicing nautical activities or diving.
You can also take advantage of the night market which takes place every evening in July and August, eat in one of the many restaurants, enjoy an artisanal ice cream (parents enjoy it even more than children 😊), attend one of the many fireworks organized by the municipalities of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël, in other words, with this pied-à-terre the holidays will be successful.
And with its beautiful swimming pool, this residence has been a real success, some holidaymakers having had their habits for ages and nothing would change them!!!
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, view of the green spaces, you will enjoy the large balcony of this apartment to take your meals there from breakfast to dinner, its EAST exposure and the blinds will make you appreciate it in the summer period. and heat waves (note that the accommodation has air conditioning in the living room).
The accommodation is composed of a separate kitchen and has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and toaster…….
The living room has a bench seat allowing the sleeping of 2 adults, a single wardrobe bed, a flat screen TV, large and numerous pieces of furniture, the bedroom has a 140 bed with a closet allowing you to plenty of storage.
In a few minutes by car, you will find so many other possibilities to spend unforgettable moments with your family: the Dramont district, the golden island, the landing beach and the bay of Agay with so many coves to visit to the east, Saint-Aygulf, Les Issambres, Sainte Maxime to the west…
Other ideas for outings: In Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of the blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins islands off Cannes), the Estérel massif, the Verdon gorges, the Lac de Saint Cassien and so many other places that A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.
Bed linen and towels can be rented as an option.
Kit included: bath mat, tea towel, dishcloth and household products (dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and dishwasher, floor product)

This is an accommodation to spend a wonderful holiday by the sea and in the front row when the fireworks go off in July and August of the year.
Ideal for a family stay, it will allow a couple and their 2 children to enjoy the beach and all the activities and infrastructures offered by Fréjus Plage, Port Fréjus and their very close neighbor Saint-Raphaël
Indeed, as soon as you enter, you realize the magnificent sea view that the studio offers. Its equipment is complete: washing machine and other small household equipment and large storage space (always very practical when returning from the beach), in the open kitchen induction hob, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press.
Moving forward in the accommodation, and after the cabin area with its 2 bunk beds, the lounge area is warm and comfortable with TV opening onto a balcony with a view of the sea and with table and chairs for meals in superb conditions. (the new convertible sofa is 140cm in size).
The car will be placed in a closed box with standard dimensions that can accommodate the owner's car, a 3008 4.45m long, access to which is secured by a gate and a garage door, but the car risks being damaged. even on vacation since at Fréjus Plage, everything can be done on foot.
The beach is only about twenty meters away, you just have to leave the residence and cross the street to be there, a beautiful beach of fine sand with a shower to rinse off, always very pleasant to remove the salt and sand on the skin.
Several restaurants are also very close to the residence and many others are easily accessible both on the seafront of Fréjus Plage and on the port of Fréjus.
The INTERMARCHE supermarket is in the immediate vicinity, a tobacco shop is on the ground floor of the residence and an excellent bakery and pastry shop 150 meters away; suffice to say that everything is in place to make this stay so delicious.
The night market between July 1 and August 31, the various and varied events, the fireworks displayed numerous times during the summer period are also very easily accessible.
Only the luna-park at Aqualand will require a car, approximately 3 kilometers from your vacation spot.
But this little corner of paradise is also offered to you all year round and is accessible by train, the residence being located around twenty minutes from the Saint-Raphael Valescure TGV station.
And then nearby: Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of the blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins islands off the coast of Cannes), the Verdon gorges, the Saint Cassien lake and so many other places that A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.
